My credits have been used without my authorisation. What can I do?

Credits are accessed using your Singpass login. You must notify the Singpass Helpdesk immediately at +65 6335 3533 or send an email to support@singpass.gov.sg if you know or suspect the confidentiality of your Login Credentials or Account has been compromised or accessed without your permission.
