Can unused Child LifeSG Credits be carried forward to the next year?

Child LifeSG Credits (CLC) cannot be carried forward to the next year. It cannot be converted into any other form of credits (for example, the CLC may not be used to pay for goods or services of a lower value for the person to receive the difference back in cash or by means of a credit note).
