I am divorced or widowed, will my children from a previous marriage be counted as part of my current family nucleus when my family is being assessed for eligibility for the Large Family LifeSG Credits?

If you are divorced or widowed and are the Child Development Account (CDA) trustee for your living children from your previous marriage, they will count as part of your family nucleus when your family is being assessed for eligibility for the Large Family LifeSG Credits (LFLC). If you are remarried and both you and your spouse are CDA trustees for your living children from your previous and/or current marriages, all the children under you and your spouse will collectively count as part of your current family nucleus when your family is being assessed for eligibility for the LFLC.
