The credits can be spent at physical or online merchants accepting payments via PayNow UEN QR or NETS QR. This is to provide families with the convenience and flexibility to meet their daily household needs.

However, these credits cannot be used at blacklisted merchants (i.e. Singapore Pools and merchants who do not support third-party payments or have a high volume of partial refunds/cancelled orders).
