Can unused Large Family LifeSG Credits be encashed or carried forward to the next year?

Large Family LifeSG Credits (LFLC) cannot be encashed or carried forward to the next year. It cannot be converted into any other form of credits (for example, LFLC may not be used to pay for goods or services of a lower value for the person to receive the difference back in cash or by means of a credit note).
