Every third or subsequent Singapore Citizen child born on or after 18 February 2025 and successfully enrolled into the Baby Bonus Scheme, will be eligible for the Large Family MediSave Grant (LFMG). If your child is eligible for the Large Families Scheme, the LFMG will be paid into the CPF MediSave Account of the mother. If the grant cannot be credited into the mother's MA, it will be paid into the child's MediSave account instead. The child's mother will receive a notification from MSF upon the successful disbursement to her MediSave Account.
