Large Family MediSave Grant of up to $5,000

Paid out around 2 weeks after successful enrolment into the Baby Bonus Scheme.

Large Family LifeSG Credits

The first LFLC payment will be from 10 September 2025 to large families for each third and subsequent child aged 1 to 6 in 2025. 

Subsequent payments will be made in April annually to large families for each third and subsequent child aged 1 to 6 in the same year.

LFLC will be paid to the CDA trustee of the eligible child in MSF’s records as of the date your eligibility is assessed.

Recipients will be notified via SMS by MSF once the credits have been disbursed into their LifeSG app digital wallet. Please ensure that your details, such as CDA trustee information and contact details, are correct and accurately reflected with MSF and on your Singpass profile respectively.
