You may identify a child for adoption through the following means: Personal contacts such as family members, relatives or friends; Authorised Adoption Agencies (AAAs) (please note that this service may not be provided by all AAAs); or MSF to facilitate a match with a child under State Care (only prospective adopters with a favourable ASA indicating their suitability to adopt a child under State Care can be placed on the waiting list). Persons adopting children from overseas must ensure that they comply with the prevailing domestic laws of that country. Prospective adopters must ensure that the child leaves the country legally.
