I am single and don’t have any plans to marry. Can I adopt as a sole applicant?

Single males are prohibited from adopting a female child unless there are special circumstances (e.g. the single male is adopting his biological child).

You may wish to attend the mandatory Pre-Adoption Briefing (PAB) for more information. Find out more at MSF | Who Can Adopt.
