There are fake MSF websites and scam messages sent to me via Telegram and WhatsApp. I think its spam. Who can I alert?
Be wary of scams or phishing attempts (e.g. fake website on MSF services). MSF will never ask you to send money, give us your credit card information, or One-Time Passwords (OTP).
SMSes from MSF will carry the sender ID "gov.sg". Any other SMSes without the sender ID “gov.sg” but claiming to be sent by MSF should be ignored and deleted.
Learn more from our scam advisory. Stay vigilant and protect yourself against scams.
If you would like to report a scam or fake website, please inform us at MSF_QSM@msf.gov.sg.
