The Baby Bonus Scheme application should be completed by the child's parent using a Singpass account. If you do not have a Singpass, you can apply for one at https://www.singpass.gov.sg/home/ui/register/instructions.

From 1 Jul 2024, all parents can only apply for Baby Bonus online at LifeSG:

• Bundled service together with child’s birth registration (https://www.life.gov.sg/services/birth-registration)

• Direct application for child who has already registered for birth (https://www.life.gov.sg/services/baby-bonus)

The applicant will be the default Child Development Account (CDA) trustee and Child Savings Account (CSA) joint account holder.
