Who can be the Child Savings Account (CSA) joint account holder?

The Child Savings Account (CSA) joint account holder can be either one of the child’s parents. Parent who is the CDA trustee will be the joint account holder for CSA by default. Both parents must agree on the CSA joint account holder and CDA trustee before enrolling the child on the Scheme. The CDA trustee must not be bankrupt and must be above 18 years old.
