What should I do if I have care and control of my child/ward and need to change the Child Development Account (CDA) trustee and Child Savings Account (CSA) joint account holder?
If you have a Court Order indicating your care and control of your child/ward, and the other parent is the existing CDA trustee and CSA joint account holder, they can go to the bank portal to submit the request to change the CDA trustee and CSA joint account holder to you.
Alternatively, email MSF_Babybonus@msf.gov.sg with a copy of the Court Order for assistance.
