Can the Child Development Account (CDA) trustee be different from the Child Savings Account (CSA) joint account holder?

Updated by MSF
No, the applicant for Baby Bonus Scheme will be both the CDA trustee and CSA joint account holder. The applicant must be over 18 years old and not bankrupt as they will manage the CDA and CSA for the child. This is to protect the monies in the CSA and ensure that it is used for the child's benefit.
