Can someone else enrol my child for the Baby Bonus Scheme on my behalf?

The Baby Bonus Scheme application must be completed by the child's parent using a Singpass account. If you do not have a Singpass, you can apply for one at https://www.singpass.gov.sg/home/ui/register/instructions. The applicant will be the default Child Development Account (CDA) trustee and Child Savings Account (CSA) joint account holder who will manage the child's monies.
