Is there a deadline to enrol my child for the Baby Bonus Scheme?

Enrolment of eligible child must be made before 31 December of the year they turn 12. Please note that if you enrol between 16 December to 31 December of that year, the Baby Bonus Cash Gift will go to a bank account provided by you, and the Child Development Account (CDA) benefits (First Step Grant and eligible Government co-matching cap) will be transferred to your child's Post-Secondary Education Account (PSEA). The CDA and CSA will not be opened for your child.
