What happens to the Child Savings Account (CSA) and Child Development Account (CDA) if I receive a Court Order for the care and control of my child/ward?

The CDA and CSA will be managed by the parent/guardian with care and control as granted by the Court. If you have a Court Order indicating your care and control of your child/ward, and the other parent is the existing CDA trustee and CSA joint account holder, they can go to the bank portal to submit the request to change the CDA trustee and CSA joint account holder to you. Alternatively, email MSF_Babybonus@msf.gov.sg with a copy of the Court Order for assistance.
