The joint deputy for this case refuses to cooperate and I am unable to submit the DR.

The court order states that the deputies have been granted authority to make decisions on behalf of P and to jointly file reports with OPG.


OPG encourages the joint deputies continue to keep their communications open, consider each other's perspectives and work together on matters relating to P's care for P's best interest.
