How do I make changes to or apply for variation of the Court Order or Deputyship Order?

As variation of the Court Order is a legal/Court process, you may wish to approach a lawyer for legal advice.


If you require legal aid, you may wish to contact the Legal Aid Bureau (LAB) at Tel: 1800 225 5529 to check your eligibility for legal aid. Alternatively, you may also wish to seek free interim legal advice by booking an appointment with the Community Justice Centre (“CJC”), at Tel: 6557-4100 or email: help@cjc.org.sg, for assistance.
