I am unable to pay Student Care Centre fee even after MSF subsidy. What can I do?

Applicants may either submit their appeals for higher subsidies via the centre or have their applications supported by Letters of Recommendation (LOR) from appointed agencies such as Family Service Centres (FSCs), Specialist Agencies, and MSF units under Rehabilitation and Protection Group (RPG) or its appointed agencies.
