For students who do not have valid reasons for not attending the student care regularly, parents may submit the appeals via the SCC to MSF for the waiver of 30% (for June and December only), or 50% attendance requirement (all other months). Appeals must be submitted via SSNet One system no later than 1 month from the period when the minimum attendance was not met.
