When do I need to inform Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) of my withdrawal from Student Care Fee Assistance (SCFA)?
For Student Care Fee Assistance (SCFA), you do not need to inform MSF of the withdrawal directly. Please approach your child’s student care centre to inform them. However, should you continue receiving smses from MSF even after child has withdrawn, please contact MSF for MSF to investigate further.
