I am a Singapore Citizen / local who is marrying / married to a foreigner / non-resident. If my spouse-to-be does not understand English, do I need to hire an interpreter to attend the Marriage Preparation Programme / support programme with us?
The Marriage Preparation/Support Programme is conducted in six languages (English, Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu, Tamil, Vietnamese and Thai).
