The Donor who applied for Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) has lost mental capacity. Which account will the refund of GST charges be made to?
Payment will be made to the Donor by default via the PayNow-NRIC linked bank account or local bank account number provided to the Government for citizen disbursement schemes (e.g GST Voucher Scheme).
Otherwise, the Donee appointed in the Donor's LPA may inform OPG of the alternative refund arrangements.
