Is Office of the Public Guardian (OPG) refunding all affected transactions since the start of the Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) Registry in Mar 2010 and Professional Deputy (PD) Registry in Sep 2018?

Beyond the 5-year period, we will make proactive refunds to the affected parties. But if they do not hear from Office of the Public Guardian (OPG) by 30 June, please step forward.


The refunds will be paid out within 3 weeks upon the confirmation of payment mode by affected parties.
