Which fees under the Office of Public Guardian (OPG) are subject to GST and why?

Apart from LPA application, PD registration fees, and revocation of LPA, other fees such as search in OPG’s registers and request for Certified True Copy of LPA are subjected to GST because they are non-regulatory i.e., optional services obtained at an individual’s discretion.
