Youths at the Singapore Boys' Home and Singapore Girls’ Home have access to vocational courses and skills certification programmes that gear towards preparing them for employment. They are also supported by the Homes in exploring career options, preparing for interviews, internship and employment, as well as in adjusting to and coping with the job and working environment.
