If the language in the foreign Contracting State is not English, who will help me with the interpretation?

The Singapore Central Authority can contact the Contracting State’s Central Authority to request for their assistance in arranging for an interpreter for the court hearing. Do note that you may be required to pay for the engagement of interpreters.
