Will the Singapore Central Authority assist in monitoring the progress of outgoing applications?

The Contracting State's Central Authority would inform the Singapore Central Authority once they have received the return application. The Contracting State's Central Authority may also keep the Singapore Central Authority updated on the progress of the application. The left-behind parent may contact the Singapore Central Authority for updates on his or her application.
