I intend to file a police report/reports with other relevant agencies regarding a suspected allegation. Will the Alert Report to OPG be transferred to the police/other relevant agencies for their investigation as well?

Please attach a copy of the completed OPG Alert Report form when filing a report with other agencies should you wish to inform the other agencies of about the Alert Report form.
