Prior to LPA activation, there is no prescribed number of times for you to visit the Donor but you must  maintain regular contact with the Donor to keep abreast of any changes in his situation and needs. After the activation of LPA, you  must seek  regular updates on the Donor’s progress and keep records of the frequency, duration and details of your visits to the Donor in administering your duties.
