How can professional Deputies be engaged for their services to be your Donees?

The list of registered professional Deputies is published on the OPG website. Individuals who wish to engage a professional Deputy as their Donees can contact their preferred professional to enquire about their services and charges. For persons lacking mental capacity (“P”) and without next of kin, third parties, such as social service organisations and nursing homes may similarly contact a professional Deputy to seek their services on behalf of the “P”.
