How much will professional Deputies charge for their services?

Updated by MSF
For professional Deputies, the Court will determine if the proposed fees charged are reasonable. They are required to submit proposed fee schedule, along with the tasks they will be performing to justify the fees when they apply to be the professional Deputy for a “P”. For professional Deputies acting as Donees, as they are appointed by the Donor when he has mental capacity, the Donor and professional Donees will mutually agree on the fees to be charged for the services.
