Anyone aged 21 years old and above can be the Donee. A property and affairs Donee must not be an undischarged bankrupt. A licensed trust company can be a property and affairs Donee in LPA Form 2.  
  
Choose your Donees wisely. They should be people you trust to decide and act in your best interests, should you no longer be able to take care of yourself in the future.
