Under ‘Restrictions on Property and Affairs decisions’, LPA Form 1 allows for donors to impose restrictions on 1 property only. If you wish to impose restrictions on more than 1 property, please use an LPA Form 2 instead. LPA Form 2 must be drafted by a lawyer.
