Payment can be made in OPGO (Services > Pay online) via Visa/Mastercard credit card.

For online LPAs made via OPGO, please key in your LPA Application No. as the payment reference number, which can be found on the ‘Overview’ page under ‘Your LPA’.

For hardcopy LPAs made under exceptional situations, please key in your LPA Application No. as the payment reference number, which can be found on the notice letter sent to you by OPG.

Important: To avoid duplicate payments, please do not refresh or navigate away from the payment processing page while your payment is processing. You may also wish to note that all refunds are subjected to Public Guardian's approval.
