For online LPAs made via OPGO, please key in your LPA Application No. as the payment reference number, which can be found on the ‘Overview’ page under ‘Your LPA’.

For hardcopy LPAs made under the exceptional situations, please key in your LPA Application No. as the payment reference number, which can be found on the notice letter sent to you by OPG.
