What if there is more than one Deputy assigned to the same powers?

Joint Deputies are encouraged to discuss and agree on the deputy report (DR) contents before commencing the reporting process in OPG Online (OPGO). All Deputies are to login to OPGO sequentially to edit/confirm the contents of the DR. The first Deputy will start completing the DR sections in OPGO and share the sections for the Joint Deputies' confirmation.


Joint Deputies can amend a shared section of the DR. The amended section needs to be Shared and Confirmed again by all Joint Deputies.
