You may download the draft LPA during the certification session. This must be done before you and the Donor digitally sign on the LPA. You will not be able to download the LPA once it has been signed. Alternatively, you may get the Donor to send his registered LPA to you via OPGO. The LPA will be a password protected PDF document with an attachment.
