OPGO is an online platform for transactions with the Office of the Public Guardian (OPG). Transactions available on OPGO include applying for a Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) Form 1 and Form 2, submitting a Deputy report, requesting for information in the register of LPAs/Court Orders appointing Deputies, and applying for a Certified True Copy (CTC) of an LPA.
