My parents do not want to claim from my siblings who are not maintaining them. Can I claim on their behalf?

You may only claim on their behalf if they give you consent to do so. They may have their reasons for not claiming from your siblings. However, if the matter goes to the Tribunal for the Maintenance of Parents, you may join the other siblings as respondents.
