What are the assistance available for parents of troubled youth who display behavioural problems above the age of 16 years?

A Beyond Parental Control (BPC) complaint can only be made for a youth below the age of 16. For those above 16 years old, the parent is advised to visit a Family Service Centre (FSC) who can assist in helping their relationship with their child.
