Updated by MSF Before the Court places the child in the Home, a counsellor from either Singapore Children’s Society or Epworth Community Service will arrange for the parent and child to complete a mandatory family programme.Once completed, the agency willmake
recommendations to the Court on intervention options. The Court may then decide to put the child under a Statutory
Supervision Order, where a counsellor will supervise the parent and the child, or admit the child into a closed institution like Singapore Girls’ Home/Singapore Boys’ Home. Contact us
