At the end of their SHN period, PSHN can go home if they have been serving their SHN at alternative accommodations. However, if they have also been issued medical leave, they will need to continue to stay home during the medical leave and are advised to take the necessary precautions during their travels back home.

There is no requirement to submit a request to change accommodation once your SHN ends.
