Yes, please update MSF on the change in your children’s birth order via 'Request to Change Birth Order' on Parent Portal Services.

You will be required to upload the following documents: 

  • Birth certificates of your children; 

  • Citizenship certificates of your children; and 

  • Adoption Order and Schedule of your children, if any.
