Your adopted child may be eligible for the Baby Bonus Scheme if he/she fulfils the criteria below:

* Singapore Citizen;

* below 12 years old; and

* his or her adoptive parents are lawfully married at the time of the child's adoption (i.e. when the Adoption Order is granted)

Please note that:

If your adopted child (i) was born before 13 July 2015; and (ii) granted Singapore citizenship after the time of adoption, your child may be eligible for pro-rated benefits.
