If I have made a deposit in cash to the Approved Institution (AI), can the AI refund to the Child Development Account (CDA) on my behalf?

Cash payments collected by Approved Institutions (AIs) from parents should be refunded in cash. The AI can make a refund into the Child Development Account (CDA) only if the refunded amount was originally deducted from the CDA. The refunded amount will not be co-matched in the CDA.
