I paid my child’s Medisave-approved private integrated plans in cash. How can I apply for reimbursement from the CDA?

If you are the trustee of the Child Development Account and would like to be reimbursed for the premium that you have paid in cash, please email us at [msf_babybonus@msf.gov.sg]

• Child’s name and birth certificate number

• CDA trustee’s name and NRIC number

• Receipt for the premium that you have paid in cash

Do note that riders are not part of the Integrated Shield Plans as riders do not meet the Ministry of Health’s requirements to be Medisave-payable. Thus, the CDA cannot be used for riders.
