As an alternative, you may wish to consider providing a mobile number of a trusted relative residing in Singapore instead so that you can proceed with the application.

Notwithstanding this arrangement, please update your mobile phone records with us, via ‘Family View service” on Parent Portal Services and also the CDA bank separately, when you return Singapore.
