The Authorised Person (AP) (authorised to transact on behalf of the organisation) can submit an application to be an Approved Institution (AI) by following the steps:

1. Click ‘Log in via Singpass' at AI Portal on MSF website

2. Complete all field in capital letters

3. Ensure that the UEN (Unique Entity Number) and Healthcare Institution code are entered correctly

4. Click ‘Submit’

The application will be processed within 2 weeks.  For complex case, we may contact you for more information and supporting documents, and more processing time may be required.

Once your application is approved, you will receive an email notification to accept the AP/AI Terms and Conditions via the AI Portal.

After you have accepted the AP/AI Terms and Conditions, you will receive a Letter of Approval (LOA) and Baby Bonus stickers. You can use the LOA to apply for GIRO using CDA and/or enable the Baby Bonus Nets service on your NETS terminal.
